1. Limit FPS: Cap game FPS.

2. Lower Graphics: Reduce in-game graphics settings. Refer to Game Optimization.

3. VSYNC: Toggle VSYNC on/off.

4. Fullscreen Optimizations: Disable Fullscreen Optimizations in game's .exe properties.

5. Intel Turbo Boost: Disable Intel Turbo Boost (set Maximum Processor State to 99% in Power Options).

6. GPU Drivers: Reset, reinstall, and update GPU drivers.

7. Background Processes: Avoid recording, screen sharing, or playing videos in the background.
